At Priceless, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
